About This Cage
Los Del Flow Batting Cages is a baseball and softball training facility in Chula Vista offering indoor batting cages, private lessons, and team training. We work with youth, travel ball, and high school players to improve hitting, pitching, fielding, and overall performance. Our facility includes three batting cages with pro-level pitching machines, a bullpen setup, a cross-training area, and outdoor field access. Led by a coach with over 35 years of experience, including professional play and scouting, we focus on building skill, confidence, and discipline through our “Flow Baseball” approach. All skill levels welcome.
